Wheee just got back from a weekend from CO. It was SP's first time riding in a chairlift - he still gets nervous about falling but his pillowy stature protects him.

Fresh Mountain Air

On Spring Break vaca with Adnama in Colorado - it is so beautiful here! The view outside our cabin is breathtaking. SwtP and I hung around outside to enjoy the view.

Friends All Over the World

Limey made a card for one of her friends in New Zealand. Rex wants to wish them bon voyage! I think it's so beautiful to see all types of monsters together in one place - such diversity and love.

Champagne Brunch with Oscar & Andre

Had some people over for pancake brunch. We made about 40 pancakes in three varieties: pumpkin spice, buttermilk, and banana. I was surprised that we devoured them all so quickly - there were truly some hungry hungry monsters in attendance.

We were going to go to the kite festival, but unfortunately the forecast showed a 40% chance of rain and it was postponed until next week. Luckily it did not actually rain (only slight drizzle in 3-minute intervals). So instead some people played soccer and water balloon toss outside (Adnama and Chimelle won!)

Tebsy got really crafty with the left over corks/corkwires and Oscar & Andre were born. Adnama put me in charge of watching over them since their bodies still have some residual champagne and tend to get a little silly.


Look at how cute Oscar is in his chair :) Limey helped with the heavy carpentry.

Ugly Dog lives in Karhinete's apartment (he serves mainly as a lap dog). Sweet Pea wanted to play. Though his teeth look ferocious he is an ambassador of peace and apologized for Buddy's actions. Bow-wow.

Better Days

So, this week, I made some yummy dishes including:
1) White Radish & Carrot Soup
2) Ma Po Tofu (Tofu + Veggies + Peppaz)
3) Rice
4) Rice
YUM!
Also, at work today, I accidentally chomped down on a rather large piece of jalapeño in my salad, which resulted in me looking around in desperation...where's a swig o' milk when I need one!? I just stuffed some more spinach in my mouth. That seemed to work ok.
Anyway, stay tuned to hear about our upcoming food adventures...HHM will be making some kale almond frittatas in the near future!

Mot was sweet enough to let Sweet Pea borrow his cellphone (Mot, how are we going to BBM now?!). Hits gave SP some sweet new shades. Sweet Pea has been upgraded from tin cans and string to a sweet Little Mermaid phone - give him a call at 1-866-monstaZ.

Sweet P went to Enchanted Rock this past weekend. Working on his fitness - he has a little extra stuffing if you know what I mean. Huff puff. Taking a big swig out of the water bottle. Wheeew.
